ABOUT THE ROLE
Position
Are you a strategic and forward-thinking leader ready to shape the digital future of Council? We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager Information Services to lead our dynamic Information Services team and drive the delivery of innovative, customer-focused digital solutions that support Council’s operations and community outcomes.
Reporting to the Director Corporate and Community, this leadership role will be responsible for managing the planning, development and delivery of Council’s information, communication and technology services. You will lead the team through continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring systems and infrastructure are secure, future-focused, and aligned with Council’s vision and objectives.

- Tertiary qualifications at degree level relative to the position.
- Demonstrated extensive experience and ability to lead and manage the operations and delivery of functions for the Information Services section, with a track record of driving a culture of excellence in customer service and continual improvement.
- Proven thorough knowledge of information services functions associated with Local Government operations, including cyber security, administrator services, IT integrations and user support, software/hardware upgrades, software licencing management and audit requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in Local Area Network configuration, administration, implementation and troubleshooting

- An annual salary of up to $163,000 per annum (plus 12% superannuation) dependent upon skills, experience and qualifications.
