ABOUT THE ROLE

Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with strong administrative skills to join Council's Commercial Services team.  

Reporting to Council’s Manager Commercial Services, the position is responsible for providing high level administration support to the Commercial Services team to ensure effective and efficient property management operations.  The position will support administering Council’s tent park, contracts, and commercial property portfolios.

Hours of work for this part time position are 21 hours per week.

To be successful you will bring

  • Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent, or sufficient administrative experience in an aligned industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of administrative support in a busy office environment.
  • Proven commitment to providing high level customer service.
  • Demonstrated well developed communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated experience and competence in the use of Microsoft Office package and other corporate software.
  • Accurate minimum typing speed of 50 wpm.
